Installation Step

Measure the width and height of the
console box rst.
F or exa mple:
The c ons ole box is 15(W) x 25(H ) c m. (F igure 1)

Adjust the width of the transverse axle.
F or exa mple:
The width of the c ons ole box is 15c m. (F igure 1)
Ac c ording to the width of the C enter C ons ole B ox,
pull out a nd a djus t the s uita ble width of the
tra ns vers e a xle . (F igure 2)

Choose a suitable Plastic Washer.
C hec k both s ides of the c enter c ons ole, if it ha s a
s lope, plea s e c hoos e a s uita ble pla s tic wa s her
(the thic k oblique wa s her/ thin oblique wa s her/
a t wa s her) a nd ma ke the bra c kets perpendic ula r
to 90 degrees . (F igure 3)

Mark the screw positions of the disc holder.
After you dec ided on the ins ta lla tion a ngle of the
brackets plea s e ma rk the s c rew pos itions of the dis c
holder on both s ides of c ons ole box. (F igure 4)
After tha t, drill four 4 holes in the both s ide of
c ons ole box.
