keep it from being accessed by unauthorized
people. Select Lock and press

Voice Tools
In this menu, you can use the phone's voice
features, allowing you to:
• record a voice memo.
• set the phone to answer a call and record the
caller's message.
Voice Memo
(MENU 7-1)
This menu allows you to record voice memos and
review them.
Record
(MENU 7-1-1)
1. Wait until a beeping prompt sounds and record a
memo by speaking into the microphone.
While you are recording, a timer displays to
show you the elapsed time.
You can pause recording by pressing
then resume by pressing
.
2. Press
to end recording. The screen provides
you with the following choices:
• Review: allows you to listen to the voice
memo. The screen displays the length of the
memo.
• Rerecord: allows you to discard the current
memo and record another one.
• Save: allows you to save the voice memo.
