Add Melody List: allows you to set the selected
video file as a ringer melody or add it to the alert
sound list.
Lock/Unlock: allows you to protect the video clip
from being deleted.
Change Title: allows you to change the name of
the video clip.
File Info: allows you to view information about the
selected video clip.
Delete: deletes the currently selected video clip.
Delete All: allows you to delete all of the video
clips stored in your phone.
Note: You can add video clips to the My List folder.
Scroll through the list using the Navigation keys
and press
to place a check mark by a
video clip. For further details about using the
My List folder, see page 104.
Editing a video clip
You can save one or several segments of a video
clip as one file on your phone.
Note: When the image quality of the video is high or
medium, you can edit the video of up to 30
minutes. When the image quality of the video
is low, you can edit the video of up to 60
minutes.
To save one or more segments:
1. Scroll to the video clip you want to view using
the Navigation keys.
2. Press
to play the video you selected.

3. When the video clip begins playing, press
start editing.
Note: You can edit a video clip only when the
playing duration is 7 seconds or longer.
The progress bar at the bottom of the screen will
be turn red.
4. Select a purpose for the editing, For Mail or For
Save, and press
.
If you want to pause the editing, press
resume, press
again. By doing this, you can
include multiple parts of the video in your new
video clip.
Example: if you want to make a new, edited clip
containing the first ten seconds of the video clip,
and also the last ten seconds, you can press
after the first ten seconds, wait as the clip
continues to play, and then press
seconds before the end of the clip. This will give
you a new clip of twenty seconds. You can do
this multiple times in order to cut out only those
segments that you want.
5. To finish editing, press
.
The phone automatically stops the editing
process when the clip ends.
6. Enter the name you want, and press
