Description
It is used to add client bandwidth control rules.
It is used to delete the selected rule.
It specifies the IP group covered by the enabled bandwidth control rule.
It specifies the time group covered by the enabled bandwidth control rule.
It specifies the maximum number of connections that can be set up on each computer
covered by the corresponding rule.
It specifies the mode of the bandwidth control rule.
Shared: It indicates that the total bandwidth of all IP addresses covered by a rule equals

to the upload/download rate set in the rule.
Exclusive: It indicates that the bandwidth of every IP address covered by a rule is the

upload/down rate set by the rule.
It specifies the device's maximum upload/download rate covered by the corresponding
