When press button, it read from 0 to 100000h (total
1MByte) at memory and mark a number (8) area.
When press button, it progressively write from 0 to
100000h at memory. So, first after execution "Memory
Write" and then execute "Memory Read", it confirms a
correct data.
(Notice)When memory read/write, an Auto bit of ADC
becomes certainly '0'.

reading and writing at memory.

32 bits word.
