Breakfast

Tips for Breakfast
Bacon: Cook at 400 degrees for 3-4
minutes per side, on the 3-inch rack.
For extra crispy bacon, flip and cook for
an additional minute. Sprinkle on brown
sugar for a sweet taste. For easy clean
up, place aluminum foil in the liner pan.
Once the grease solidifies, discard
the foil.
There is no boiling water required to
prepare hard boiled eggs: Place eggs on
the 1-inch rack and cook at 275 degrees
for 11-12 minutes. Remove the eggs
promptly, letting them cool completely
for 5 minutes. Run under cold water or
place in a bowl of cold water for easy
shell removal. Egg substitutes can be
used in any recipe.
Warm pre-made muffins, breads or
pastries: Simply wrap in aluminum foil
and place in the liner pan during the last
2 minutes of cooking time.
Place bagels, English muffins or bread
on the 3-inch rack and cook at 375
degrees for about 2-4 minutes.
