Service Diagnostics and Procedures
To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect gas supply and electrical power to unit
before servicing. After servicing, reconnect electrical power and gas supply.
Infrared Rotisserie Burner (continued)
4. Remove screws securing burner(s).
5. Remove burner from opening.
6. Reverse procedure to reassemble.
If burner fails to light, verify spark at igniter and gas
flow. If no spark at igniter, verify the igniter has
0
and no visual cracks. If igniter is proper and still
no spark, verify igniter wires and ignition module.
If wiring is good and 120 volts are proper at the
module, replace the module. If igniter is proper and
still no spark, verify igniter wires and spark module.
If wiring is good and the voltage is proper at the
spark module, replace the spark module.

Rotisserie Motor

The rotisserie consists of two main parts the skewer
and the motor. The skewer is assembled into motor
gear box. The 120 VAC motor will drive the skewer
once the switch is turned to the on position.
To access the motor:
1. Unplug the motor.
2. Open lid and remove the skewer from the
motor gear box.
3. Loosen the thumb screws securing the motor
and remove.

4. Reverse procedure to reassemble.
If the rotisserie does not turn, verify 120 VAC to
the motor. If power is supplied and the motor does
not turn, check the motor switch and power cord.
The switch should read 0
open in the off position. Ensure the cord is securely
attached. If the switch and cord are proper and the
motor still does not turn, replace the motor.
