2.3.3 Network utilization indicators

There are 2 sets of LED indicators to indicate the real-time network
utilization of 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps domain.
Speed
10M 10Mbps
100M 100Mbps
The number of utilization is in percentage. For example, "15" of "100M"
means 15% of 100 Mbps, "55+" of "10M" means the utilization is more than
55% of 10Mbps.
Color Utilization
Green 5, 15, 25
Yellow 35, 55+
