Troubleshooting & Diagnostic:
Note: Be sure that freezer works properly before to proceed
(if some problems occur in the freezer,
not enough cold air is coming to the fridge compartment).
See also the 'freezer too warm' chapter.
Possible reason:
Damper is
blocked in closed position.
On 2007 and 2008 not Biruni appliances:
change the Main Board with a new one
introducing a complete damper sliding
door operation (opening-closing) every 25
minutes, as described in the
Bulletin 4812 711
40303. Ice formation is
avoided by the periodical operations of
the air baffle which are 'cleaning' the slide
path.
Possible reason - On LCD appliances (range 2007 and previous):
rear side of the multiflow channel. The adhesive tape does not close completely the
channel of the sensor. In this case we have a direct air circulation between the both air
channels left and right side to the sensor channel (see pictures below).

On 25cf appliances (range 2007 and followings):
A modified main board with lowered calibration (-3°C than normal) is available, as
described in the
Service Bulletin 4812 711 40330.

Visual check of
damper sliding door.
Slide is broken?
