This documentation is an integral part of the machine and must therefore accompany every transfer of property or of the company.

    EASY 6000 – Issue 02 DOOR PARTS Selection button: this button must be pressed for selection and purchase. Coin return button: this push button is used to release any coins jammed in the coin mechanism and return them to the coin return cup.

    EASY 6000 – Issue 02 INTERNAL PARTS Drum rotation motors Delivery door motors Electric panel: it is installed in the bottom part of the cabinet, it supplies power to the drum drive motors and the delivery door drive motors. It is fitted with a safety switch that cuts off power to the vending machine‟s electrical system, by simply removing the red key from the slot.

    EASY 6000 – Issue 02 TRANSPORT, STORAGE, UNPACKING PROCEDURE Examine the machine both inside and outside and notify the carrier immediately of any damage. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE In order not to cause damages to the distributor, the loading and unloading manoeuvring have to be performed with particular care.

    EASY 6000 – Issue 02 INSTALLATION The vending machine must be installed on a surface (floor, intermediate floor) of suitable bearing capacity. The appliance is not suitable for external installation as it must not be exposed to direct sunlight or be installed where water jets may be used. The appliance is suitable for installation in locations where the ambient temperature ranges between 3°C and 32°C.

    EASY 6000 – Issue 02  To power up the machine proceed as follows: connect the power cable to the electric power outlet. If the message "MEMORY CLEARED" appears on the display press the button located on the main board inside the coin mechanism box to initialise the memory.

    EASY 6000 – Issue 02 PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE Open the door, keep the mode pushbutton (TEST) pressed down for approximately 2 seconds until the message "Command 00" appears on the second line of the display and the buzzer emits a long signal.     EASY 6000 – Issue 02 Command 46 Setting the safety temperature: This command is for setting the temperature the safety device trips at, namely the temperature above which the vending machine goes out of service while the display will show a warning message. This control is inhibited when turned on and after closing the door for the time set by command 45.
  • Page 22 EASY 6000 – Issue 02 Command 55 Programming the product expiry time: This command makes it possible to program the time, with regard to the expiry day, after which the product will have expired. Enter the exact value in hours and minutes and press ENTER to save it.

The following possibilities are available: a) 1 price: the value to set is 1 which corresponds to associating prices 1-8 to drums 1-8.
