PARTS OF THE OVEN
Touch keys and display; controls all oven features.
Oven draws air through grill to cool internal parts; air exits through slot at oven bottom; keep these areas clear.
Insert meat-probe plug here (see Using the Meat Probe, pg. 8); double ovens: only upper oven has connector.
Two 12V, 20W halogen bulbs illuminate the oven chamber; tap Light icon on control panel to turn them on.
Each oven chamber has 7 rack levels; supports are numbered from bottom up.
Keeps heat from escaping if door is closed.
Automatically locks oven door during high-temperature self-cleaning cycle.
These are on the ceiling of the oven chamber behind a glass panel.
Circulates heated air throughout the oven chamber during convection cooking.
Heats air blown into oven chamber by convection fan during convection cooking; covered by convection filter.
Covers convection fan; helps prevent flavor transfer from one food to another when cooking a whole meal; also
keeps the oven cleaner and covers moving fan blades for safety purposes.
Each oven has 2 GlideRack™ oven racks and 1 standard rack.
Located in the oven floor; the source of bottom heat.
To be filled with water when running a steam-cleaning cycle. (See Pg 13 for details.)
