Power indicator does not
turn on when you turn
the monitor on.
Screen is blank, but
power indicator is on.
Electromagnetic interference ex
ists. In most cases, if pu
rity problems cannot be cor
rected by pressing the de
gauss switch for 5 seconds,
then electromagnetic interfer
ence exists.
Monitor is faulty.
Power cord is not connected to
the power source or the moni
tor.
No power at wall outlet.
Monitor is faulty.
Move any electrome
chanical device, such as
an electric pendl sharp
ener, away from the
monitor or move the
monitor.
Turn the monitor off.
Contact Field Service.
Turn the monitor off.
Reconnect the power
cord to the power
source and the moni
tor. Turn the moni
tor on.
Check the outlet by
plugging in a lamp.
If the lamp does not
work, call the re
sponsible facilities per
son.
