Red or blue signal cable has
loose connection, or is not con
nected to the monitor or sys
tem.
System or cable for the miss
ing color is faulty. Ver
ify this problem by swap
ping the red and blue sig
nal cables on the moni
tor. If the missing color re
turns, the system or the ca
ble for the missing color is
faulty.
Monitor is faulty. Ver
ify this problem by perform
ing the same procedure de
scribed in the previous step. If
the missing color does not re
turn, the monitor is faulty.
Monitor has been swiveled.
