Using a Visionscape® Smart Camera for the First Time
"Setting Up Network Communications" in the Visionscape® Smart Camera
HE1600T Guide.
Note: When using a Visionscape
environment, it MUST be programmed to use a static IP address instead of
DHCP. This is to prevent loss of communications due to IP lease renewal by the
DHCP server.
Follow these steps when connecting the Visionscape
for the first time:
Connect the Visionscape

the PC that will be running the FrontRunner™ software.
Apply power to the Visionscape

Start the FrontRunner™ application by selecting Start > Visionscape >
