MAINTENANCE

COLLECTING BIN

The collecting bin should always be entirely cleaned with a water jet after use and left to dry upside down in
the sun to kill any mushroom spores and fungal diseases.
- Empty the collecting bin regularly when mowing to
ensure that the breathable fabric is clean.
The collecting bin is filled by the air currents created
by the blades, which send the cuttings into the
collecting bin and are then evacuated by these vents.

CUTTING BLADES

The cutting blades ensure the grass is cut cleanly. A high quality mow cuts the grass cleanly without ripping
or shredding. Any bent, worn or perforated blades must be changed. Carry out the following operations for
each of the blades:
- Tip the lawn mower upright.
- Unscrew and remove in order the 19 nut (22), the
Belleville washer (23) and the cutting blade (24).
- Check that the spiralled pins (25) are not damaged. If
this is the case, replace them with new pins.
- Sharpen the blade with a smooth-cut file following the
bezel, filing only in one direction, from the inside to the
outside of the blade, in one or two movements.
- Check that the blade is well balanced.
- Refit the blade following the assembly order with
tightening torque of 35 Nm
WARNING! Always disconnect the lawn mower from the battery before working on the cutting
blades .
