Recording to an MD or other digital device

Connections
Connect your digital device to the digital output connector.
Sample rate select switch
Set this to match the sample rate of your digital recording device and the sample
rate of your software or the audio data you are playing back.
If you change the UA-25's sample rate, you must disconnect the USB cable that
connects the UA-25 to your computer, and then re-connect the USB cable in order
for the new setting to take effect.
Other notes
Signals that have been input via the combo input jacks are not output directly from
the digital output connector.

Specify the sample rate
Select a sample rate that your recording
device (e.g., MD player) is able to record.
Choose the same sample rate as your
software or the audio data you are playing
back.
If you want to playback at 96 kHz, you must set the 96 kHz REC/PLAY
switch to 96 kHz PLAY (playback).
