Safety Instructions

1.1

Moisture

• Make sure that the receiver and the power plug do not come in contact with
any moisture.
1.2

Electrical risks

• Only connect the receiver to 175 - 250 V~, 50/60 Hz.
• Disconnect the plug during storms or malfunctions.

Mechanical risks

• Do not bend or crush the cable.
• Repairs on the plug, cable or receiver should only be carried out by qualified
skilled personnel.
• Do not place any heavy objects on the receiver

The proper location

• Place the receiver on a solid and even surface.
• Protect the receiver against moisture, heat, dust, dirt...etc.
• Provide sufficient ventilation (ventilation slit must be free).

Handling batteries

• Batteries must be kept out of reach of children.
• Leaky batteries cause damage to the environment and remote control.
 Dispose of batteries according to the applicable statutory provisions (s.
chap. Disposal, page 52).
