100BASE-TX(AUTO) or 100BASE-TX/HAFE(Fixed)

Management VLAN TAG: Set Enable or Disable. If enabled, set VID, COS

Click the Setup button.
The basic configuration of the WT (Slave) is completed by the above and works.
