Multi Port Shower Sump Pump Instruction Manual

Security

The shower sump pump may not be used for other liquid than water/bilge water.
Always install the pump with black lead negative (-) and brown/brown white lead positive(+).
Always use the fuse required, see "Design features" below.
The wire connections must be sealed with a marine sealant.
All electrical wiring must be clamped with the connections well above the bilge water level. Do not remove the insulation more than necessary. All
wiring connections should be sealed with a marine sealant oxidation.
Do not run dry.

Mounting instructions

Fasten the shower sump pump to the hull by screws in the four mounting holes.

Operation

See illustration picture
1. When the brown white wire connect to the positive (+) and the black wire connect to the negative (-) the shower sump pump will start working.
2. When the bilge water rises and reaches the second detector cell at 40-50 mm (2") the switch starts the pump.
3. When the water level has sunk to a level of 20-30mm, and the first detector cell is above the water level, the pump is stopped. The shower sump pump
system also installed with schistose valve, when the pump stop working the valve will close to prevent the back flow of the hose.
4. When the brown wire connect to the positive (+) and the black wire connect to the negative (-) the shower sump pump have the same function as the
normal bilge pump without automatic function.

Maintenance recommendations

To open the container for cleaning, lift the lid.
The motor and float switch assembly can be pulled out for removal of hair or debris. If necessary, remove the filter and wash it.
