Troubleshooting by Indication on the Remote Controller

Caution
Is the
protection HPS
connector correctly
connected to the
outdoor unit
PCB?
YES
Wait for 10 minutes after
unit stops, then check the
following.
Is there
continuity at the
control and protection
high pressure
switch?
YES
Is there a
disconnection or
insulation failure at
the compressor
coil?
NO
Is there
continuity at the lead
wire?
YES
Be sure to turn off the power switch before
connecting or disconnecting connectors, or parts
may be damaged.
NO

Connect it
correctly.
Replace the high
pressure switch
where there is no
continuity.
∗ If normal, the
resistance will
be 10Ω or less.
Replace the
compressor.
∗ If there is a
compressor
error, there is
the possibility
that the INV.
PCB and
outdoor unit
PCB have been
damaged.
Check that
each of these
PCBs is
normal.
Replace the lead
wire.
Replace the sub
PCB.
