NVR and Launch the SV Windows Application.
There are two methods for connecting to the NVR and
launching the SV Windows Application:
1.
Using Keyboard, mouse, and monitor - (preferred

• NVR supports HDMI, VGA, DVI
• Keyboard and mouse – USB

monitor to NVR, then launch the SV Windows application
(by clicking on the SV Windows Application icon located in
the window's tray) for NVR configuration menus.
2. Using your PC and Windows Remote Desktop
Connection Application -
• NVR contains 5 LAN ports, depending on which LAN
port that your PC will be connecting to, you will need
to use the IP address associated with that LAN port.
To the right are the LAN ports IP addresses based off
Safety Vision Windows LAN configuration. (If using a
different LAN configuration, use the IP address you created
for the LAN port that PC is connected to.)
If using this method, you will need to launch Windows
Remote Desktop Connection. After launching Windows
Remote Desktop Connection, enter the IP address of the
LAN port the PC is connected to. If the PC is connected to
a PoE switch, use the IP address of the LAN port that the
switch is connected to.
Once you are connected to the NVR, launch the SV Windows
application (by clicking on the SV Windows Application icon
located in the window's tray) for NVR configuration menus.
