Message Size – When ent ering new m essages, reference t he " MAX" colum n: t his is t he m axim um
num ber of charact ers allowed for t his field. ( Warnings are displayed when t he num ber of
charact ers is exceeded, or when t rying t o m odify t he MAX value; however, if " cut t ing and past ing"
fields, t his warning syst em m ay be defeat ed.)

Two Line Messages – Som e of t he m essage are displayed as t wo lines. These are indicat ed in t he
com m ent fields.

Com m ent s – This field can be m odified wit h no effect .
D. Aft er edit ing is com plet e, highlight all of t he colum ns t o be creat ed by pressing t he let t er above t he
colum n ( m ore t han one colum n can be select ed) .
E. Press t he Generat e DPL File( s) radio but t on. A file will be generat ed for each of t he select ed colum ns
and Excel will provide confirm at ion ( for exam ple, as shown below, sm all.ls) .
