VDD Meter Adjustment
 Connect the DC voltmeter to pin 6 of J5004 on
the PA Unit.
 Press and hold in the [1.8(1)], [3.5(2)], and [7(3)]
keys, while turning the radio on, to enter the
alignment mode.
 Rotate the Main Tuning Dial knob to select the
alignment parameter "1-01 VDD MTR".
 P r e s s t h e [ E N T ] k e y, t h e n r o t a t e t h e
[CLAR(VFO-B)] knob so that the VDD meter
reading is the same as that on the DC voltmeter.
 Press and hold in the [MENU] button for one
second to save the new setting and exit the
alignment mode.
TEMP/FAN Adjustment
 Press and hold in the [1.8(1)], [3.5(2)], and [7(3)]
keys, while turning the radio on, to enter the
alignment mode.
 Rotate the Main Tuning Dial knob to select the
alignment parameter "1-02 TEMP".
 Rotate the [CLAR(VFO-B)] knob so that the
Display Window shows "100".
 Rotate the Main Tuning Dial knob to select the
alignment parameter "1-03 FAN".
 Rotate the [CLAR(VFO-B)] knob so that the
Display Window shows "128".
 Press and hold in the [MENU] button for one
second to save the new setting and exit the
alignment mode.
