  • Page 7 FUNCTIONS COMPUTER OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS Console Operation – Button Function START: Press this button to start the training mode. STOP: Press this button to pause or stop the training mode. PROGRAM: Press this button to choose the training mode (MANUAL、ASCENT、GLUTE BLAST、ADVENTURE、XTREME、INTERVAL、X-COUNTRY、2 USER) ENTER: Setting button: Press this button to enter parameter setting mode or to confirm the parameter setting, switching button.
  • Page 8 FUNCTIONS Quick Start: manual mode (P0). Turn on the power and put on the safety key. Press the START button to start the motor. The speed and the incline are all at the lowest level to be adjusted to a proper level. There are two modes to use the manual mode (P0).

    FUNCTIONS USER mode There are two personal files, USER1~USER2, to save described as below. A> Use program button to choose USER program. Press ENTER to input. The program will pick the memory location with blank memory as first option. If all memory locations are all occupied, then the user code will be displayed in order and the user’s data will overlap the original data.

    BELT TRACKING ADJUSTMEANT  If during use you notice that walking belt either shifts to the right or the left of center, first remove "Safety Key" and unplug equipment from AC power source. Using M6 Allen wrench provided, turn left rear roller adjustment as indicated below clockwise no more the 1/4" of a turn.

    TREADMILL LUBRICATION  Your treadmill should require little maintenance other then periodically applying lubricant. Lubricating under the treadbelt will ensure superior performance and extend its life expectancy. HOW TO CHECK TREADBELT FOR PROPER LUBRICATION? Lift one side of the treadbelt and feel the top surface of the treadboard. If the surface is slick to the touch, then no further lubrication is required.
