Check/inspection point
1) Connector insertion check (Main PWB, intermediate
connector)
2) Thermistor resistance check (Check the value in the
thermistor characteristic table.)
3) If the above check results are normal:
1) Connector insertion check (Main PWB, intermediate
connector)
2) Fan motor installation/condition/operation check
3) If the above check results are normal:
1) R-damper connector insertion check (Main PWB,
intermediate connector)
2) R-damper installation/condition/operation check
3) R-thermistor connector insertion check (Main PWB,
intermediate connector)
4) R-thermistor resistance check (Check the value in the
thermistor characteristic table.)
5) R-fan motor operation check (Rotation speed is low.)
6) Door packing inspection and installation/operating conditions
(Installation environmental temperature, door opening/closing
frequency, too much stuffed food, block of cold air supply port
at the back of the chilled case, suction port, etc.)
7) If the above check results are normal:
1) Connector insertion check (Main PWB, intermediate
connector)
2) Thermistor resistance check (Check the value in the
thermistor characteristic table.)
3) If the above check results are normal:
1) R-damper connector insertion check (Main PWB,
intermediate connector)
2) R-damper installation/condition/operation check
3) If the above check results are normal:
1) Connector insertion check (Main PWB, intermediate
connector)
2) Ice maker ass'y installation/condition/operation check
3) If the above check results are normal:
1) Connector insertion check (Main PWB, intermediate
connector)
2) Thermistor resistance check (Check the value in the
thermistor characteristic table.)
3) If the above check results are normal:
1) Connector insertion check (Main PWB, intermediate
connector)
2) Thermistor resistance check (Check the value in the
thermistor characteristic table.)
3) Door packing inspection and installation/operating condition
check
4) If the above check results are normal:
1) Ice sensor operation check (Check for contact with the ice
storage box, etc.)
2) Ice maker ass y installation/condition/operation check
3) If the above check results are normal:
1) Water tank water level and installation check
2) Water pump connector insertion check (Main PWB,
intermediate connector)
3) Water pump installation/condition/operation check
4) Water pipe installation/condition check
5) Ice maker thermistor resistance check (Check the value in
the thermistor characteristic table.)
6) If the above check results are normal:
1) Ice maker ass'y and water pump operation check in ice tray
cleaning operation
2) Water pipe heater resistance check (approx. 3.5 k)
3) Water pump/pipe installation/condition/operation check
4) If the above check results are normal:
