BASIC FRESH BREADCRUMBS
There is no need to buy breadcrumbs when you can make them
in no time with your Cuisinart

minute, plus 35 minutes for baking

SLICES WHITE BREAD
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Bake slices of bread in a
single layer for about 20 minutes or until bread is
completely dried out.
Insert the large metal chopping blade into the large
work bowl of the Cuisinart
toasted bread up into pieces and pulse about 10 times
and then process until breadcrumbs are fine, about
25 seconds.
TIP: For seasoned breadcrumbs, add ¼ teaspoon (1 ml)
each dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, and
ground onion flakes.
