    Refer to the OEMV Family Installation and Operation User Manual for instructions on how to set up and start using the DL-V3. After the addition of accessories, an antenna and a power supply, the DL-V3 is ready to go. The OEMV-3 in the DL-V3 utilizes a comprehensive user-interface command structure, which requires communications through its communications (COM) ports.

Once you connect the DL-V3 to an antenna and power supply, it begins operating as a fully functional GNSS system.
