Standard Key Settings

Enables you to store frequently used functions as a Standard Key on the Fax Basic
Features screen.
Unit Telephone #
See the Facsimile Guide Chapter 1
Enables you to store the machine's fax number. The number may also be displayed on the
touch panel display of the receiving party's machine, depending on their type of machine.
Unit Name
See the Facsimile Guide Chapter 1
Enables you to register your name or your company's name as the unit's name (a
department name is optional). The unit name is printed at the top of sent documents. For
fax, the unit name can be displayed on the touch panel display of the receiving party's
machine.
Sender's Names (TTI) (see p. 17)
Enables you to register any name as the sender's name, such as the section or
department's name, or an individual's name. If each user registers their personal name as
a sender name, they can select their sender name to replace the unit name that is printed
at the top of the documents that they send. For fax, the registered sender's name can be
displayed on the touch panel display of the receiving party's machine and/or printed at the
top of the documents that you send as the sender's information.

TX Terminal ID

Enables you to specify whether the Terminal ID information is printed at the top of
documents that you send through fax.
Density Control

Enables you to set the standard density of the Fax Basic Features screen in advance
when you frequently scan originals that are either too dark or too light to see clearly.

Enables you to set the volume for the alarm and monitor tones that this machine emits
