routine maintenance
To lubricate the weight stack guides:
- remove the back panel of the weight stack (following the instructions found in the section Removing the weight stack panel);
- use a soft cloth to remove any dust and oil residues from the guides;
- slightly moisten the cloth with the oil supplied;
- using this cloth, apply a very thin layer of lubricant over the guides, being careful not to apply too much;
replace the back panel of the weight stack (following the instructions found in the section Removing the weight stack panel in reverse

order).
