CPU can read and write the date of IC card.
② Every PIN induction of interface: please check standard ISO7816

PIN2：ICC Reset Signal
PIN3：ICC Clock Signal
PIN4：Null
PIN5：GND
PIN6：Null
PIN7：ICC Serial Data IO
PIN8：Null
PIN9：Check if the Card is inserted
PIN10：Power Output +5V for checking if the ICC is inserted.

① Function: SIM card connected the wireless module, Main CPU using CPLD connect
