2.2 Attach SIM/USIM/battery

After turning power OFF, close F-022 terminal and hold it in your
hand so that you can properly attach SIM/USIM/battery.
◆ Remove rear cover
Slide the rear cover lever in the direction of a to unlock, and then
slide the cover in the direction of b by 2 mm with a thumb to
remove it. Pinch the tab of the inner cover and open the cover in
the direction of c.

◆ Install SIM/USIM
Pull the tab with your nail and pull out the tray until it clicks a.
Hold SIM/USIM with the IC side down, align the beveled corner
with the tray and push into the tray b. Then push the tray into the
slot until it stops c.

◆ Install battery
With the label side of the battery upward, align convex parts of the
battery with concave parts of F-022 terminal and slide the battery
in the direction of a, press the battery in the direction of b to set
it in, and then close the inner cover.

◆ Install rear cover
Place the 8 tabs of rear cover to the notches, press rear cover in the
direction of a to avoid forming any clearance between F-022
terminal and rear cover, then slide it in the direction of b to install

it.
Finally, slide the lever in the direction of c to lock.

The inner cover shall be firmly closed for maintaining

waterproofness/dustproofness. Opening the cover forcibly may
injure your nails or fingers.
