My mobile terminal is not working properly. What should
I do?
You can reboot your mobile terminal or reset some settings to their
original values.
To reboot your mobile terminal
Press and hold f to switch your mobile terminal off, and then
press and hold f again to restart.
To restore your mobile terminal to its factory settings
If rebooting your mobile terminal does not solve your problem,
you can reset your mobile terminal to factory default. Press m >
Settings > Phone > Phone management > Factory settings >
Restore.
These operations do not affect documents or files stored on your
mobile terminal.

What should I do when the memory is full?
First, delete unnecessary data. If your mobile terminal still has
insufficient memory, then move contents you want to keep to a
compatible memory card or to a compatible computer.

How can I unlock my mobile terminal?
Enter the lock code and select OK. The default lock code is "12345".
For details, refer to "Access codes (→P65)".

I don't know the PIN / PIN2 codes. Where can I find them?
Please contact your network service provider since these codes are
supplied with the SIM card.

I entered a wrong PIN code three times. What should I
do?
After three consecutive incorrect PIN or PIN2 code entries, the code
is blocked, and you need the PUK or PUK2 code to unblock it.

Why cannot I make a call using a prepaid SIM/USIM?
If you are using a prepaid SIM/USIM card, you cannot make a call
unless you have enough money left in the account.

How can I change display language?
Press m > Settings > Phone > Language > Phone language, and
select the language you want.
After rebooting, the set language displays.

The illumination does not lit. Why does it happen?
Check whether the illumination setting is set to off.
To check the setting, press m > Settings > Phone > Illumination.

The lights above and below the sub-display are blinking.
Is there any problem?
The lights blink while receiving a call or message. Also, the light
turns on while you are calling. For details on the lights, refer to
"Keys and parts (→P19)"
