I have a Fujitsu AOTG36LATL. A rat got in the system and as a result the technician replaced the following - The Main PCB & the Filter PCB have visible burns and damages as shown in the attached images.
The Inverter PCB does have some slight heat damage although this was not enough for us to write this board off. We also completed testing on this board and found it was out of tolerance levels provided to us from the manufacturer. If a board is tested out of tolerance, this confirms it is damaged or faulty and therefore not performing as intended. This is the reason we have proceeded to replace this board also.
The ACTPM PCB showed no signs of visible damage and was also tested. This board was confirmed within normal tolerance levels and therefore we did not replace this board. The system started up and then stopped with an error code indicating a High pressure sensor was required to be replaced - this was replaced and the system tripped. What is central to all these things that would likely trip the system- I don't feel the technician has taken a systems approach

Common issues that could cause a Fujitsu AOTG36LATL system to trip after replacing the Main PCB, Filter PCB, and Inverter PCB include:
1. Defective connection of electrical components – Loose or incorrect wiring may cause system faults. 2. Compressor failure – If the compressor rotor position is out of phase by more than 90°, the system may stop. 3. Transistor PCB (IPM) failure – A faulty IPM can cause repeated compressor stops. 4. Noise or interference – Electrical noise or harmonic waves can disrupt operation. 5. Improper grounding or external causes – Poor ground or nearby electrical equipment may cause serial communication errors. 6. Obstructed airflow or clogged heat exchangers – Physical obstructions or dirty components can affect system performance.
These issues should be checked systematically using the provided checkpoints.
