Warranty
Leica Biosystems Nussloch GmbH guarantees that the contractual product delivered has been
subjected to a comprehensive quality control procedure based on the Leica in-house testing standards,
and that the product is faultless and complies with all warranted technical specifications and/or
agreed-upon characteristics.
The scope of the warranty is based on the contents of the contract concluded. The warranty terms
of your Leica sales organization or the organization from which you have purchased the contractual
product shall apply exclusively.
Service information
If you are in need of technical customer support or spare parts, please contact your Leica
representative or the Leica dealer where you purchased the instrument.
The following information about the instrument is required:
• Model name and serial number of the instrument.
• Location of the instrument and name of a contact person.
• Reason for the service call.
• Date of delivery.
Warning
To prevent damage to the instrument and specimens, only those accessories and spare parts that
have been authorized by Leica may be installed or used with the instrument.
