●When the link rate of the FC service port is 4 Gbit/s, the rate indicator of the FC service port is in the "Green, on" state.
●When the link rate of the FC service port is 1 Gbit/s or 2 Gbit/s, the rate indicator of the FC service port is in the "off" state.
●When the FC service port is not connected to the optical fiber, the rate of the FC service port is adaptive, and rate indicator
of the FC service port is in the "Green, flashing" state.
3 Setting the IP Addresses for the Management
Network Ports
After powering on devices, run the super terminal software and log in to the command line interface (CLI)
of the VIS6000 by using the administrator account to set the IP addresses for the management network
ports of controller A and controller B. For details about setting the IP address, see the OceanStor
VIS6000 Series Virtual Intelligent Storage System Initial Configuration Guide.
4 Removing the Cable
After setting the IP address of the management network port of controller A and controller B respectively,
log out of the CLI of the VIS6000, and remove the network cable or the serial port cable (convert RJ-45 to
DB-9 ) that connects the configuration port or system debugging serial port to the maintenance terminal.
