Please insert the PIM card first before you do this operation.
In order to protect PIM card and avoid losing your personal information,
you need to set Pin code for your phone:
Protect Pin Code
If you set your Pin Code active and the PIM card has been inserted in
your phone, you need to input the correct Pin Code when you set your
phone on (Change your PIN code). Then the phone is in standby time
Press to select Pin On and Off, press the left soft key
The local service providers might have different rules for the PIM. If
you could not turn off Protect Pin Code function, please contact
your local service provider.
Change Pin Code
When you set Protect Pin Code off, you could not change Pin Code.
Please turn on the Protect Pin Code first, then change the pin Code.
Please ask the initial Pin Code when you buy the PIM card.
After you access this option," Please Insert Pin Code" is displayed, enter
the initial Pin Code. Press the left soft key
Code, and press the left soft key
Code to confirm, press the left soft key
operation.
Please remember your Pin Code. When you turn on the phone or change
your Pin Code, the PIM card is locked if you continually enter wrong Pin
code three times. After 2 seconds, "Please Input PUK" is displayed.
Please contact your local service provider and get PUK Code, and enter
right PUK code to unlock the PIM.
(OK). Then enter new Pin
(OK) again. Then repeat the Pin
(OK) to complete this
