NOTE! For vacuuming wet material, when the container is full, the suction
flow is shut off by the float ball. Turn off the vacuum cleaner before emptying
the container.
NOTE! For best results, adjust the gulper head depending on the type and
weight of material to be vacuumed, see Figure 6.

Maintenance

WARNING!
Risk of personal injury.
• Disconnect vacuum cleaner from compressed air before any type of service
or transportation.
• Be cautious when performing maintenance; there is a crush risk with a
pneumatic cylinder.
• Empty dust into a container or dust bag, see Figure 8.
• Do not place vacuum cleaner on an uneven surface.
• Always use proper protective equipment where there is a risk for exposure
to dust, see Figure 8.
• Wear an approved breathing mask, and do not spread dust when cleaning or
replacing filters, see Figure 8.
• Always use proper lifting equipment and protective gear.
CAUTION! Risk of equipment damage.
• Replace all damaged components with original spare parts.
• Turn off vacuum cleaner if liquid, dust or foam escapes from it.
• Store vacuum cleaner in standing position.

Service and Maintenance of ATEX equipment

Make sure the required level of protection with regards to the equipment
category as follows:
Regularly inspect the vacuum cleaner for damage or malfunction. If the
vacuum cleaner is damaged, it must be shut down and possible explosive
atmosphere removed.
Make sure that no explosive atmosphere and/or dust layers are present
when cleaning, servicing or inspecting the vacuum cleaner
Use only Nederman original spare parts.

Clean the cartridge filter/filter bag
WARNING!
Risk of personal injury.
• Always use proper protective equipment where there is a risk for exposure
to dust, see Figure 8.
• Wear an approved breathing mask, and do not spread dust when cleaning or
replacing filters, see Figure 8.
NOTE! Clean the filter after each use.
1.
Turn off vacuum cleaner.
2.
Empty dust from filter into a container or dust bag.
3.
Clean cartridge filter by tapping it lightly on the floor.
NOTE! If using a washable filter, it can be washed with water and
detergent. Let it air dry.
