WARNING!
Risk of personal injury.
• Disconnect vacuum cleaner from compressed air before any type of service
or transportation.
• Be cautious when performing maintenance; there is a crush risk with a
pneumatic cylinder.
• Empty dust into a container or dust bag, see Figure 8.
• Do not place vacuum cleaner on an uneven surface.
• Always use proper protective equipment where there is a risk for exposure
to dust, see Figure 8.
• Wear an approved breathing mask, and do not spread dust when cleaning or
replacing filters, see Figure 8.
• Always use proper lifting equipment and protective gear.
What to look for
Leaking suction hoses and couplings.
Worn out, aged and leaking gaskets.
Worn out filters.
Full or torn filter bag.
Damaged silencing material.
Dirty float ball.
Dirty ejector nozzle.
Damaged or frayed rubber pad on the
wear plate.
