Limitation/Exemption from Warranty Obligation

In general, Kontron shall not be required to honor the warranty, even during the warranty period, and shall be exempted
from the statutory accident liability obligations in the event of damage caused to the product due to failure to observe
the following:
General safety instructions for IT equipment within this user guide
Warning labels on the product and warning symbols within this user guide
Information and hints within this user guide
Additionally, alterations or modifications to the product that are not explicitly approved by Kontron, described in this
user guide, or received from Kontron Support as a special handling instruction will void your warranty.
Due to their limited service life, parts which by their nature are subject to a particularly high degree of wear (wearing
parts) are excluded from the warranty beyond that provided by law.
If the FlatView XXL is opened, the warranty is lost!
