1.6 Displaying Memory Usage

You can use the display commands to view memory usage statistics and threshold.
Context
Memory usage is an important index to evaluate device performance. A high memory usage will
cause service faults. You can use the display commands to view memory usage to check whether
devices are working properly.
You can view the memory usage alarm threshold to learn about the conditions for triggering
alarms.

You can use the display commands to view the configuration and status of a specified interface.

View the configuration of an interface.

When memory usage reaches the alarm threshold, the system generates an alarm.
When memory usage falls within the alarm threshold, the system generates a clear alarm.
Run:
display memory-usage
The memory usage statistics is displayed.
Run:
display memory-usage threshold [ all ]
The memory usage threshold is displayed.
After performing operations in a interface view, you can view the configuration about this
interface to check whether the configuration is correct.
You can view the status of an interface to monitor the interface or locate interface faults.
View the configuration of a specified interface.
1. Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
2. Run:
interface interface-type interface-number
