Multisport Workouts

Your TIMEX IRONMAN GPS watch supports a Multisport Workout mode. This feature allows
you to track and record two or three sport types in one workout (triathlon, duathlon, biathlon and
bricks). You even have the option to include Transitions.
Before beginning a Multisport Workout, you are given a summary of the settings. If you need to
change any of the settings, you can edit the workout settings here.

setting Multisport Workouts.
NOTE: Once workout settings are saved, these settings will be recalled the next time you do a
Multisport Workout.
Wait for your watch to acquire GPS signal (GPS icons will be solid). Then, press the Menu /
Enter Button to start the workout.
The first screen you will see is the Canned Multisport Screen, this screen will only be available
when using the Multisport Workout feature.
