    Chrono Mode Notes & Tips Press MODE to switch to Time of Day Mode while running the chronograph. The stopwatch icon will appear to indicate the chronograph is still operating. When you operate the watch in Chrono Mode with the Digital Heart Rate Sensor, you will accumulate heart rate-related data in Review Mode, including: 1.

    Without the Digital Heart Rate Sensor, you will see total time and Lap or Split Recall in Review Mode, along with you last recorded recovery heart rate. To avoid the possibility of permanently damaging the watch, TIMEX STRONGLY RECOMMENDS TAKING YOUR HEART RATE MONITOR WATCH TO A LOCAL RETAILER OR JEWELER TO HAVE THE BATTERY REPLACED.
