Telephone directory
Dialling a number from the telephone directory
Prerequisite: Number is stored and mobile unit is "on" –
no connection is set up (idle).
Press the display key – the first names
(alphabetical order) in the telephone
directory are displayed, the name in
the first line is selected (dimmed) .
Scroll to the desired name or

enter the initial letters, see page 33.
e.g.
Press the talk key – the relevant
number is displayed and dialled .
Note:
You can also call up the "Directory" function and dial a
number using the submenu
"Dial Number".

Editing/deleting/displaying an entry
The stored entries – numbers and/or names – can be edited,
deleted or displayed.
Press the display key – the first names
are displayed .
Scroll to the desired entry.
Editing an entry:
Press the display key.

Change the name, for example.
Switch to number and edit.

Deleting the telephone directory
You can also delete all of the entries in the entire telephone
directory in one go, e.g. if you are lending the mobile unit to
another user. This function is also protected by the mobile
unit PIN.
