Instructions for the use of NiMH batteries:
After you have inserted the NiMH batteries, we recom-
mend that the mobile unit be fully charged and then dis-
charged until the battery warning beep is heard, i.e.
without replacing the batteries in the charging shell. This
ensures that the charge status display
mobile unit is adapted to the increased operating life of
the NiMH batteries.
You can subsequently place your mobile unit in the
charging shell each time it is used. Charging is electron-
ically controlled which ensures that the batteries are
charged optimally.

Your system administrator supplies you with mobile units
that have already been logged on when you are installing

mobile units as described below if you extend the system.

Please call Siemens Service if you purchased the mobile
