- Page 2 ReMOve eNd cAP INseRT Plus2 BAse INTO hOlduP. fROM hOlduP. Insert the Plus2 base into the HoldUp tube, aligning holes. Using a flathead screwdriver, remove the end cap from the HoldUp. Align INsTAll MAIN BOlT. ROTATe TO uPRIGhT POsITION. • Insert bolt, 75 ft-lbs.
