necessary, top up heating water.
Check function of the 3-way switch valve 3UVB1 (compare
actual position of 3UVB1 with indicated position BPV in
parameter [Overview]).
Does this fault occur during defrosting in room heating or hot
water preparation operating mode? With optional backup heater:
check its power supply and fuses.
Check fuses (pump fuse (FU1) on printed circuit board A1P
(outdoor unit) and conductor plate fuse (F1) on RoCon BM2C
printed circuit board).
Check flow sensor FLS (outdoor unit) for soiling and function; if
necessary, clean, replace.
Frost damage on the plate heat exchanger (outdoor unit)
sensor or connecting cable defective.
Check, replace.
Perform reset.
Replace printed circuit board A1P.
Check flow rate.
If flow rate is OK, replace refrigerant temperature sensor.
Check and unlock position of STL.
