Point
- Set "Wake up on PCI PME" to "Enabled" in case of using the LAN card compliant with PME.
- Turn off the power from OS menu beforehand in case wake up on LAN is done.
– Wake up on Modem Ring
This item sets whether to turn on the computer or to return it from Standby mode when a call
terminates on the modem connected to a serial port or on the modem card (PCI) connected to
the RI cable.
- Disabled (Initial value)
The computer is not turned on or returned from Standby mode when a call terminates on
the modem.
- Enabled
The computer is turned on or returned from Standby mode when a call terminates on the
modem.
Point
- For PME LAN cards (PCIs), use 'Wake up on PCI PME.'
- When a modem connected to a serial port is switched on and off while [Enabled] is specified,
some types of modem may affect the PC, such as the PC being switched on or switched from
the standby mode.
- The setting of this item is not effective on Windows 95/98/2000.

extension card issues a PME signal.

This item appears when 'Wake up on Time' is set. Set the computer wake-up time.
