From top to bottom, a mixer channel consists of the following controls:
(1) GAIN knob: The
GAIN
adjust the relative levels between Decks. For more information, refer to section
Knob.
(2) FX Assign buttons: The FX Assign buttons assign the channel to the FX Units. For more in-
formation, refer to section
(3) Input level meter: Each channel has a dedicated Input level meter that displays the signal
level before the channel fader. For more information, refer to section
(4) EQ (HI, MID, LOW) knobs: These knobs control the frequency balance. For more informa-
tion, refer to section

(5) FILTER button and FILTER knob: These controls control a Filter

(6) CUE button: The CUE button allows you to audition the channel s signal on your head-
phones. For more information, refer to section
(7) Channel fader: The Channel fader lets you smoothly fade a channel into to the mix. For

put in order to avoid differences in loudness when mixing.
