ring_lcc

Purpose:
This algorithm detects frequencies of the top five amplitudes that are longer than a given
level (default 0.5 mV)(see next figure). Otherwise, zero will be the output if the amplitude
threshold is not met. The output frequencies are sorted in descending order of amplitude,
that is, from the highest amplitude to the lowest amplitude.
Parameters:
When using the ring_Icc algorithm, size must equal size 1.
