2.11 Mounting the user maneuvered tilt

The user operated tilt is available with both a fixed
armrest and with detachable armrests. The user
operated tilt is only available for Dahlia 30.
Fixed armrests
Detachable armrests
A
1. Press and hold the quick release button A.
2. Remove the existing armrest B by pulling it upwards.
3. Mount the new armrest for the user operated tilt C.

1. Loosen the screw B.
2. Drag the transport attachment E and the armrest A
outwards.
3. Loosen the screws C and the nut D.
• 5 mm allen key
• 10 mm fixed spanner

4. Remove the armrest A and the armrest attachment
completely.
5. Push the transport attachment E back in place.
6. Tighten the screw B.

7. Remove the plastic plugs G from the chassis.
8. Mount the armrest and armrest attachment tube for the
user operated tilt H on the frame.
9. Attach the screws I and tighten the nuts J.
• 5 mm allen key
• 10 mm fixed spanner
Detachable and fixed armrest
1. Mount the tilt reduction bushing K on the seat tilt gas
piston L if needed.
IMPORTANT
– When using the user operated tilt, there
must always be two tilt reduction bushings
mounted.
